The Company’s finite-lived intangible assets consist of acquired intangible assets. The Company’s intangible assets as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 are summarized as follows:

The Company’s amortization expense for the three-month periods ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 was $1.0 million and $1.1 million, respectively. The Company’s amortization expense for the six-month periods ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 was $2.1 million and $2.1 million, respectively.

In December 2025, the Company received FDA approval for Eurax®, formerly known as the anti-itch product, which was acquired in 2020. Prior to FDA approval, Eurax had been presented as an intangible asset not yet placed in service totaling $3.9 million. The Company began amortizing the Eurax intangible asset in January 2026.
