On March 24, 2025, Journey Medical Corporation (“Journey Medical” or the “Company”) announced the launch of and the first prescriptions filled for Emrosi™ (40 mg Minocycline Hydrochloride Modified-Release Capsules, 10 mg immediate release and 30 mg extended release) for the treatment of inflammatory lesions of rosacea in adults. A copy of the launch press release issued by Journey Medical is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
